- Machine Quilting
-
I can now offer machine quilting. This means I will load the quilt onto a
huge (and I really mean huge) sewing machine. Then I stitch around the
graphics on your shirts. This will make your shirt designs really stand out
and gives them a three dimensional look. The machine quilting option replaces
the hand tied knots normally done on the quilts. The price on the machine
quilting is listed on the price list.

Each quilt now gets an individually signed and numbered quilt label. As of
July 2001 I am up to quilt number 190. I can also list the event that the
quilt commemorates. For example, I can include “High School Graduation 2000”,
or whatever you need. The labels are included in the cost of the quilt. If you
have one of my older quilts the label is available to you. Please call me to
make arrangements.

If you have some unusually large or small shirts, or if you just like a
different look from the 14” grid, I can make a quilt with several different
sized squares. The cost is $10.00 per finished square foot for a hand tied
quilt. This style is good if you have shirts that range from very small
children’s shirts to larger adult shirts.

I can add a rod pocket to the back of the quilt if you want to use it as a
wall hanging. You can use any drapery hardware to hang the quilt.

Extra Fluffy Batting
I can use two layers of batting in the quilt for an extra fluffy feel.
